MARC JACOBS BEAUTY x BEAUTY IS BORING, LOOK #3
To really get a sense for what this mascara can do, I decided to do a classic French look for the third look – a nude eye, groomed brows and a red lip. However, rather than the usual natural lash style that goes with this look, I applied two coats of the Velvet Noir to create dramatic lashes. Yes, there are only two coats used in the image above and no faux lashes!
Final thoughts… Velvet Noir is perfect for the woman who craves dramatic lashes. It doesn’t smudge, smear, crumble or flake and it’s surprisingly buildable.
