This Polaroid was a make-up and hair test for a shoot I did that is featured in this month’s issue of Elle Magazine. ?I wanted to play with the concept of the modern bombshell? which was mainly an excuse to get carried away with mascara and bright red lipstick. ?Hair stylist?John D?referenced classic updos but added a disheveled texture to keep the look relevant. ?You can read more about it (and see a second look that is more grunge than glamour) in the February issue of Elle!
