Meet Ms. Kelly Tomlinson, one of my lovely agents at Starworks Artists. ?Kelly wears deep red lips?practically every day?(Dare I call them oxblood red in keeping with this Fall’s key color?), they are her signature look. ?In fact, she wore them so consistently the first year we worked together that I eventually coined her particular style of lipstick “The Kelly”. ?It’s more fun than saying dark red lipstick… ?Appropriate uses of the phrase include “Would you like The Kelly?”, “This season is all about The Kelly!” or “She tried for The Kelly but sadly missed with that off pink shade”.
Note: Kelly and I were joined in the studio by amazing hair stylist Aviva (also represented by Starworks) who amped up this classic 1940’s Hollywood look with perfectly coiffed curls.
